Request To Have The HVMOG Hold An Event At Your Church

The Hudson Valley Men Of God would love to come to your church and have you host one of our events.  We are constantly planning for future events.  We need to have the following information in order to best plan and prayerfully consider your request.  Please keep in mind that many churches do not have the facilities to hold certain types of events.  The most important factor weather or not your church will be suitable is space.  As a ministry we are able to bring our own equipment we need for cooking and sound but we need you to be able to provide space, tables and chairs.  We have held programs in sanctuaries, auditoriums and fellowship halls.  No church is ever refused due to denomination or doctrine.  We will make every effort to facilitate every request.  This is not always practical due to time restraints and other scheduled programs.  The HVMOG reserves all rights to program content and musical selections but are happy to discuss these with church leadership on a program by program basis.  We do however need you to fill out the following information in order to process your request.
